Looks nice and zany! The shine on the background is a nice touch too, adding a sense of light and dimension. Although, rather than light the green smiley from above with a color transitioning from light at the top to dark at the bottom, the lighting would appear more consistent of you had the color expand from bright in the center to dark at the edge.
